Returns & Exchanges
You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by MixUnit.com within 21 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items should be returned in their original packaging. In order to process your return quickly and effectively, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

When Should I Receive My Refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Are There Any Items That Are Not Returnable?
Items that are not returnable include any media (CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, Magazines, etc.) that has been opened or is not shrink-wrapped. This includes any media that ships without shrink-wrap packaging.
Other items that are not returnable:
- Any items that have obvious signs of use
- Any clothing that shows signs of being worn or washed
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
If you find that an item is defective after it has been opened, we will happily send you a replacement of that item.
Can I Return Something After 21 Days?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after 21 days.
Can I Exchange An Item I Purchased for Something Else?
If you would like to exchange an item that you purchased for a different one, please contact us to return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to receive. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before the new item goes out. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the original item in returnable condition.
How Should I Pack My Return?
- Pack the items along with the receipt (if you still have it) securely in a box. You may use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Write our Return Shipping Address on the outside of the box.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
Can I Change My Order If It Hasn't Been Shipped Yet?
If you need to change your order, please contact us to make arrangements. We will do our best to make you 100% satisfied.

On MixUnit.com, please create your order by adding your selections to the
online shopping cart and entering in your name and address information upon checkout. (This will
ensure that you receive the correct total for your selections, including appropriate taxes and shipping
costs.) Print out your shopping cart page(s). Make sure to print the check-out page, which contains
your name and address, as well as your selections, shipping preferences and total order amount..

- Make money orders/certified checks payable to: MixUnit.com
- Orders will be sent out within 48 business hours of processing and clearing of your money order/certified check.
- Money orders/cashier's checks are accepted for U.S. orders only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international money orders. Please contact us to make other payment arrangements.
- Money orders can be purchased from US post offices, many gas stations, convenient stores & supermarkets. Cashier's checks can be purchased at any bank or check cashing facility.
Shipping Options: Domestic & International
Currently MixUnit.com uses the United States Post Office for all U.S. and International orders. You have the option of selecting priority (faster) delivery and insurance for both U.S. and International orders. All orders are shipped with a USPS tracking number that tracks the order from pick-up to delivery. See Viewing & Tracking Your Order below to see how to retrieve your tracking information.
U.S. Customers - here are your options:
- USPS Standard (avg. 5-7 business days from the date the order was shipped)
- USPS Priority (avg. 3-5 business days from the date the order was shipped)
International Orders - here are your options:
- FedEx Global Guaranteed (avg. 5-7 business days from the date the order was shipped)
Pre-Orders / Back-Orders
Pre-Ordered Items
MixUnit.com offers its customers the ability to pre-order certain items up to several days or weeks before its release date. If you decide to buy an item that is on Pre-Order, your order will be shipped when we receive the item in stock.
Back-Ordered Items
MixUnit.com fulfills 95% of its orders in their entirety without backorders within 24-48 hours of when the orders are placed. However, there are instances when a particular item you order will not be in stock. If this happens, then we will ship the rest of your order within the 48-hour time frame. Any backordered item will be shipped separately when it is back in stock. If the backordered items do not come back in stock within 30 days of your order date, a credit will be placed on your account for the total amount of the backordered items including any shipping costs for that item. These credits can be used towards any purchase on MixUnit.com within 1 year of the original order date. If you choose to receive a refund rather than a credit, then please contact us and we will happily refund the payment for any unfulfilled backordered items.

The easiest and most convenient way to view and track your order is by setting up a MixUnit.com Account upon checkout. This will allow you to view any orders that you have placed on MixUnit.com for the past 12 months by simply signing in to your account.
If you choose not to register as a MixUnit.com customer, then you must Contact Us to find out the status of your order and to get the tracking information.

Hours Of Operation and Holidays
MixUnit.com is ready to take your orders 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. If you need to contact us, however, then please take into consideration our hours of operation, which are Monday through Friday, 8am - 4 pm (Eastern Standard Time). We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. We are also closed on the following holidays: Christmas Holiday 25th and 26th, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th (or Friday before the 4th), Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

E-mail and Mailing List Privacy -- The Mix Unit respects your privacy. We'll use your e-mail address only
when we are confirming your Internet order, notifying you of changes/updates to the site, informing you of
special promotions and/or sales, or other news. We assure you, we do not make our e-mail list or any of your personal information available to other companies.
Secure Online Ordering -- All online transactions are handled with industry-standard Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order
form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
